Community involvement is crucial to healthy living and Breeze Bodywork loves to do its part. If you are part of a non-profit organization, talk to us about options for raising funds.

Event Massages we can bring our chairs or mini-services to a fund raising event and we will give at least 50% of the proceeds back to your organization.

Specialty Service We can design a limited time “specialty service” that combines our core values with yours. Each service will earn money for your cause!

Tipping donations Choose a month in which tips are donated to your organization!

Gift Baskets We can donate a gift basket for your raffles.

We are holding a fund raiser with vendors, can you participate as a vendor?
We would love to! We are fully equipped to participate as a vendor.

Will you be able to pay the vending fee?

Yes, We will act in accordance with any other vendor of similar wares. We do consider the vending fee when calculating the “proceeds” in donation (see below).

Can you volunteer to do massages for our organization?

At this time, we do not offer free services. We are unable to sacrifice our time and availability for unpaid labor.

An alternative option is to delegate funds from previous donations from Breeze Bodywork to pay for individual services. A donation of that proceed may be donated at the discretion of the practitioner.

We haven’t reached non-profit status, are you able to help?

If your organization does not have a non-profit status, we may still be able to help. This is addressed on a case by case basis.

Donation Policy for Proceeds to 501(c)(3) Organizations

Effective Date: July 20, 2021

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for donating 50% or more of proceeds generated by Breeze Massage Therapy and Bodywork LLC, to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations. This policy ensures transparency, accountability, and the responsible allocation of funds for charitable purposes. Breeze, Breeze Massage, and Breeze Bodywork may all be used interchangeably in this document to substitute for Breeze Massage Therapy and Bodywork LLC.

2. Definitions

  • 501(c)(3) Organization: A tax-exempt nonprofit organization that meets the criteria set forth in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is qualified to receive tax-deductible contributions.

  • Proceeds: The net income generated by Breeze Bodywork after deducting all expenses, taxes, and other applicable costs.

  • Event Massage: massage and bodywork services and products offered at public events, expos, trade shows, or similar gatherings

  • Specialty Service: a massage, bodywork, or combination thereof which is performed by a licensed professional under the umbrella of Breeze Massage Therapy and Bodywork LLC

  • Tipping/gratuities: Monetary exchange given in addition to the cost of services

3. Donation Commitment

Breeze is committed to donating at least 50% of proceeds to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations within appropriate guidelines during event massages.

Breeze is committed to donating at least 50% of proceeds earned in specialty services to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations within appropriate guidelines within an agreed upon timeline.

Tipping donations will be at the discretion of each practitioner. The owner, Breanna Eckley, LMT, is committed to donating any gratuities to 501(c)(3) organizations, and will donate according to agreed upon dates.

Breeze is committed to donating retail merchandise to aid in the growth of charitable organizations.

4. Eligibility of 501(c)(3) Organizations

Donations will be made to 501(c)(3) organizations that are:

  • In good standing with the IRS and other relevant regulatory authorities.

  • Aligned with Breeze Bodywork's mission and values at the discretion of the owner.5. 3. Offer of Gift Baskets

Breeze Bodywork may offer gift baskets to eligible 501(c)(3) organizations as a gesture of support. The content and value of these gift baskets will be determined by Breeze Bodywork in accordance with its budget and resources.

6. Allocation of Donations

  • Donations raised during a fund-raising event will be made within 2 business days of the ending of the event. Forms of payment will be agreed upon by both parties.

  • Gift basket donations will be made in advance of fund raising events in accordance with the agreement of both parties.

7. Application Process

501(c)(3) organizations interested in participating in fund raising or receiving a gift basket should submit a formal request to Breanna Eckley, LMT, owner. The request should include information about the organization's mission, its alignment with our values, and how the gift basket will be used to further its charitable activities.

8. Evaluation and Selection

Donation requests will be reviewed and evaluated by Breeze to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria and align with the organization's mission. Priority may be given to organizations that demonstrate a compelling need and a clear impact on the community.

  • Breeze Massage Therapy and Bodywork LLC, will maintain records of all donations, including the recipient organization's name, date, and amount.

9. Transparency and Reporting

Breeze Massage Therapy and Bodywork LLC is a privately owned organization, transparency is important, and therefore, are committed to:

  • Annually disclose the total amount of donations made to 501(c)(3) organizations in its financial reports upon request.

  • Ensure that donors and stakeholders are aware of the organization's commitment to donating proceeds to charitable causes.

10. Non-Profit Status

While Breeze Massage Therapy and Bodywork LLC is committed to giving back to its community, Breeze is not a non-profit organization. It is a Limited Liability Corporation entity. Therefore, any financial transactions or contributions made to Breeze Bodywork do not qualify for tax deductions or other benefits associated with donations to non-profit organizations.

11. No Provision for Unpaid Services

At this time, Breeze Massage Therapy and Bodywork LLC does not have provisions for unpaid services. All contributions and donations are made in monetary and gift form to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations.

12. Review and Amendment

This policy may be reviewed and amended as needed to adapt to changing circumstances or to enhance the effectiveness of Breeze Massage Therapy and Bodywork LLC's charitable donation activities. Amendments will be made in accordance with the organization's governing procedures and compliance requirements.
