Evidence Informed Therapeutic Massage

We believe in being:

  • Whatever your body type, politics, race, or age, whatever your health history, whatever your gender identity, whoever you choose to love, whenever you choose to start your wellness journey, Breeze Bodywork will work with you to create an appropriate bodywork plan.

We will ask questions to find the best course of action, and will do so without judgement. We believe people are people, and everyone can benefit from the power of human touch and wellness. You are safe in our hands.

  • We take the ceremony and intimidation out of bodywork. We believe massage and bodywork should be easy, it should not be uncomfortable, and that you should feel at ease. We will work in a space that’s comfortable for you, in a time that suits your needs. Getting an appointment shouldn’t be hard, and relaxation shouldn’t be exclusive. We will bring a team to your event, or you can attend a public fun event with us.

  • We believe in using techniques based on research, not intuition. We believe in informing our recipients on what is happening during the service, and in teaching self care after the session has ended. We will continue to stay up-to-date with bodywork research, and inform our clients to the best of our knowledge.

  • Bodywork doesn’t have to be painful. Years ago, there was an attitude of “no pain, no gain” the more research comes out, the more we discover that a recipient should always feel good…before, during, and following a bodywork session. Pain should not extend beyond “hurts so good”. Your sessions should be comfortable, easy, and pain free.

  • Life doesn’t have to be hard, and neither does bodywork. In fact, we believe that you should find the joy in whatever you do. Our job is to enhance your experience. Our goal is to make your event enjoyable, and have fun while we’re at it.

Hi, I’m Bre!

I am the founder and main practitioner at Breeze Massage Therapy and Bodywork, LLC. I’ve been a bodyworker for as long as I can remember.

I’ve always looked towards movement, self care, and natural remedies to resolve maladies-before seeking chemical medication.

I have a bachelor’s degree in theatre with a minor in studio art from Bucknell University. During my education, I learned about movement and self care. I travelled the world as an art representative, which led me to suffer from crippling sciatica. After taking a respite in a 9-5 customer service position, I chose to dedicate my life and experience to helping others maintain pain and restore wellness in their own bodies.

I’ve been licensed in massage therapy since 2015, and have used that license as a catalyst to teach others how to care for themselves and their loved ones. I am a bodywork practitioner and teacher.

I can’t wait to meet you.
